The Three in One |
| Thursday 19th April was an extra ordinary day for Excelsior Mark, as the lodge received Three Craft Brethren for Advancement. |

| The members of Excelsior Mark had the very enjoyable problem of having five applicants to join the lodge. At the committee meeting it was decided that the first three applicants would be Advanced in April, and the remaining two, would be advanced in October 2018. |
 |
| The Candidates on the evening were W Bros Howard Griffith, Les Brooks and Ken Bullen, all of whom are members of the Craft in Garston. |
| The Worshipful Master W Bro Jack Parker assisted by the brethren and two frequent guests, had a great challenging but enjoyable task of Advancing 3 in1. |

| The lodge also enjoyed the company of a number of visitors’. |
| During the Festive Board proceedings the newly Advanced brethren thanked their proposers and the Brethren that seconded their Proposal. Each one in turn said how happy they were in joining the Mark Degree. |
